The Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care (MOHLTC) and the Canadian Institute of Public Health Inspectors – Ontario Branch (CIPHI-ON) are conducting a needs assessment survey for certified public health inspectors (PHIs) working in Ontario. We strongly encourage your participation as this information will be critical for informing the development of future initiatives that will help strengthen the professional capacity of PHIs.
The survey is intended for all certified PHIs in Ontario who are working in a capacity directly related to the C.P.H.I. (C) designation, including those in managerial or supervisory roles. This survey is not intended for practicum students, PHI candidates or certified PHIs who are not working a field related to their C.P.H.I. (C) designation.

The survey will remain open until October 14, 2016 and a summary of results will be made available later this year. Please share this email with anyone else who may wish to participate, we would appreciate your support by encouraging your staff to participate.
